Amid widespread hepatitis A virus (HAV) outbreaks in states across the U.S., this project aims to estimate the basic reproduction number (R0) and herd immunity threshold among people who use drugs, people experiencing homelessness, and men who have sex with men. This work will inform vaccination and other HAV prevention efforts.
